Routine Police Check?

Recently I was stopped by two police officers, I was on the way back after hiking Saga Hill with my friends, cruising along the highway (MRR1) at 90km/h, suddenly a flash of blue light followed by a siren blared behind of me, to my shock I was being targeted, thus pulling over at the road side. The officer was equipped with a semi-auto and was asking for my I.C. and driving license through the passenger side window, to which I comply. It then was followed by a question which kind of pissed me off, 'whose car is this?', he asked in a very rude way, so I paid no more respect to him and said MINE!! Then the other officer approaches me from the driver side window, this officer whom looks a little horizontally challenge and a 'very' experienced, politely ask me again, 'whose car is this name registered under?', then I ponder for a second and politely replied either my dad or my brother. The he mentioned my brother's name and asked how is he related to me, and I said he was by brother. So we had a little conversation and later I found out that he was on duty, to stop the cars who have yet to pay the summons, but my brother already paid it last week in Malacca, so the polite officer said that maybe they have yet to update his status and apologised to me for interrupting. But the main thing that I wanted to point out was that how rude was the first officer!!

In my mind I thought how lucky was I to have just updated my driving license which had expired for more than two months just days ago. Else I would be force to follow them back to the nearby police station. So everyone, please check your driving license's expiry date as well as your road tax to avoid unwanted trouble. I tried to renew my license in JPJ Putrajaya but to my surprise they have already moved the renewal stuffs to Bangi, what inconvenience it was, since I wanted to change my MyKad due to faulty chip, I went to the nearby Post Office and renew my license (five years for RM150), and off I went to JPN to change my MyKad and it costed me RM10 for it. And now all my details are in the MyKad (driving license).
