A company is recognised as a person (separate legal entity) and is detached from its member of board of directors etc. Though in usual cases, the company itself shall be sued, but there are a few exceptions where termed as lifting of the corporate veil enables an individual to sue the owner/board of director directly.
The exceptions are as follow:
- When the number of members is below two. (This person has the knowledge of it and time is more than 6months)
- Responsibility of Fraudulent Trading.
- Publication Name. - Maxis (formerly known as maxis communication)
