Will it be against the law to blog online, chances are no.
We all know about copyright (and plagiarise) issues, we are not suppose to copy items that are not of our creation and using it as our own. That somehow leads me to a question, will people who blog, uses images which are copyrighted, can be sued?
They are not using it for any profit gain, but still they have indirectly showing/sharing it with the entire world on the blog.
i) Will the blogger be sued?
ii) If the blogger quote or link back to the original site, will there still be any problem?
iii) How can he avoid all these?
This will require some consultation, will give an answer here as soon as I find out the details, hopefully I can get it.
