When there is a massive change of owners/shareholders, even if everyone is changed, it does not change the company, the company is still itself, as what was explained as the doctrine of separate legal entity. Its like if you have changed your liver etc, you are still you (though it might sound weird, but you get the drift).
The only time when a company is change is when it is being dissolve.
